IMS – Inspiring More Sustainability is the leading network of Luxembourg companies committed to sustainable development. Accounting for nearly 25% of the national wage bill, IMS prepares its members for the transition to a sustainable future and supports them by offering training and testing practical solutions through innovative projects.
Commitment across the ecosystem
IMS's mission is to support Luxembourg companies in their transition to greater sustainability. As part of the Transition Enabler programme, IMS is committed to:
- offering personalised support to businesses, particularly very small businesses and SMEs, to help them meet the challenges of sustainable development;
- strengthening the resilience of organisations in the face of environmental and social challenges through practical solutions;
- facilitating collaboration between various economic stakeholders to accelerate the transition to sustainable practices.
Customised solutions at your disposal
The services offered by IMS are as follows:
- becoming a member of the association
- organisations based in Luxembourg, whatever their sector of activity, size or CSR maturity, can become an “IMS Member” and benefit from tools and services based on four main priorities: raising awareness and providing information, running the network, contributing and sharing expertise and proposing concrete solutions;
- signing the Diversity Charter, a national commitment that any organisation in Luxembourg can sign when wishing to commit to promoting and managing diversity through concrete actions that go beyond legal obligations;
- training your company and your teams, by capitalising on the IMS ecosystem of knowledge, expertise, organisations and companies;
- transforming your company into a mission-driven business with B Corp certification;

- Share ideas among peers: Over the course of a year, IMS holds more than 150 meetings between member companies on all aspects of sustainability, with clubs organised by business sector (CEO functions, Purchasing, Sustainable Development, etc.).
