Founded in 2015 by the Chamber of Commerce and the ABBL (Luxembourg Bankers' Association), the House of Training is an accredited continuing professional development provider operating in 23 business areas.

The House of Training supports Luxembourg companies in meeting the challenges of the sustainable transition, with a dual mission:
- Raising awareness of the essential role played by continuing vocational training in developing and strengthening skills associated with the ecological transition and sustainability.
- Identifying the main current and future challenges and needs of organisations in terms of the sustainable transition, in order to continually adapt and enrich its training offering.

- Facilitating: developing and strengthening the skills of Luxembourg companies, by identifying current and future challenges in the labour market.
- Guiding: supporting companies, their managers and their employees in their development by equipping them with the necessary skills and tools through training programmes and plans tailored to market needs.
- 1.400 training courses in 23 areas of activity, tailored to the realities of the Luxembourg market.
- Close collaboration with 60 partners (professional associations and federations), to ensure an in-depth understanding of the issues and challenges facing the various sectors making up the Luxembourg economy.
- A network of 800 expert trainers, providing practical and technical expertise and know-how.
- Programmes and training courses on the sustainable transition, including dedicated professional profiles and courses leading to certification.
