Questions About payments
-
The "Order monitoring" section under the "Payments" menu provides a centralised view of payment orders entered by all users. However, a user only sees the payment orders entered from the account(s) on which he has access rights.
Please note that the "Order monitoring " section only displays orders entered in S-Net Business.
You will find the orders classified in 3 tabs according to their status:
- A first tab for all orders entered and awaiting validation.
- A second tab for confirmed transfer orders that are in process or waiting to be processed.
- A last tab for all orders with a final status (executed, not executed, cancelled, etc.)
-
There are various reasons why you might not be able to confirm an order:
- You do not have power of authority to confirm it. The "Transmit" button will appear instead of the "Confirm" button.
- You have already validated this order, but it requires one or more additional validations. The status of the order is "Pending Counter-Validation".
- The order is not yet finalised for validation. The status of the order is "Draft".
- The current state of the business entity no longer allows for the validation of payment orders. Please contact your advisor to identify the exact cause(s).
-
If an order is not completely validated, it can be modified or cancelled in the "Orders to confirm" in the menu "Order Monitoring" section.
Once an order is completely validated, the following cases apply:
- For a transfer order: It can be cancelled or modified if it is still "to be counter-validated" for a future date. Managing these orders is done either via the "Manage" button in the details of each validated order or via the "Future movements" section of the relevant accounts. Please note that any modification of an order invalidates all previous validations.
- For a standing order creation or modification: It can no longer be modified in the "Order Monitoring" section and immediately moves to the "Processed" status in the "Order History" tab. Active permanent orders are then managed exclusively via the "Recurring payments" section under the "Payments" menu.
Questions about managing beneficiaries
-
A trusted beneficiary is a beneficiary that has been authenticated by a signatory or proxy via LuxTrust authentication. They are identified by a blue sticker. Any order initiated to an authenticated beneficiary is automatically exempt from LuxTrust authentication during its validation (or counter-validation, if applicable).
Please note that the professional entity's own accounts are considered trusted beneficiaries by default but are not visible in the beneficiary management menu.
