Whistleblowing system
- Breaches of a legislative or regulatory provision, with particular attention to facts likely to be qualified as criminal;
- “Human rights” violations, particularly covering working conditions and the fight against all forms of discrimination;
- Infringement of the Rules of Conduct and Business Ethics, particularly those contained in the Spuerkeess Staff Code of Conduct
- Whistleblowers benefit from protection against possible reprisals or sanctions, provided they exercise their right in good faith and in a responsible, disinterested, non-defamatory and non-abusive manner.
Spuerkeess guarantees confidential treatment of the reports received and protects the identity of the whistleblower in accordance with the regulations in force (anonymous alerts are not admissible).
