Whistleblowing system

Important:This system is not intended to handle customer “Complaints”, which are covered by a separate procedure. 

Spuerkeess has put in place a whistleblowing system to report illegal acts or omissions, suspected or actual, which are of a certain severity and which are related to Spuerkeess’ activities such as, for example: 

  • Breaches of a legislative or regulatory provision, with particular attention to facts likely to be qualified as criminal;
  • “Human rights” violations, particularly covering working conditions and the fight against all forms of discrimination;
  • Infringement of the Rules of Conduct and Business Ethics, particularly those contained in the Spuerkeess Staff Code of Conduct
  • Whistleblowers benefit from protection against possible reprisals or sanctions, provided they exercise their right in good faith and in a responsible, disinterested, non-defamatory and non-abusive manner. 

Spuerkeess guarantees confidential treatment of the reports received and protects the identity of the whistleblower in accordance with the regulations in force (anonymous alerts are not admissible).

marked “strictly confidential” in the subject line 

or 

By post to Spuerkeess, marked “strictly confidential”, for the attention of
