How do I remove a card from Apple Pay?

On iPhone:

  1. Open the "Wallet" app.
  2. Tap the card that you want to remove and then tap the black icon in the top right corner.
  3. On the next screen, scroll down and tap "Remove This Card".

On iPad:

  1. Go to "Settings" => "Wallet & Apple Pay".
  2. Tap the card that you want to remove and then tap "Remove This Card".

On Apple Watch:

  1. Open the Watch app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap on the "My Watch" tab, scroll down and tap "Wallet & Apple Pay".
  3. Tap the card that you want to remove and then tap "Remove This Card".

On S-Net Mobile:

  1. Select the card to be removed from the Apple Pay menu in S-Net Mobile.
  2. Follow the Apple Pay removal process for iPhone/iPad.

How can I check my recent transactions?

  1. Open the Wallet app.
  2. Select a card.
  3. Tap Transactions.

Only the last 10 Apple Pay payments made can be viewed in the Wallet.

You will find a complete history of Apple Pay payments in your S-Net and S-Net Mobile (with no specific mention of Apple Pay).

I'm receiving payment notifications. Can I disable them?

By default, you will automatically receive notifications from Wallet for each payment made via Apple Pay.

You can turn off notifications by going to "Settings" => "Wallet & Apple Pay" => Choose a card => Card Notifications, or by tapping "Information" in Wallet.

If you turn off notifications, you will no longer be able to view the transaction history in Wallet.

Why is my transaction crossed out in the history?

If a payment has been started but not completed (problem with the payment terminal, declined by the bank, etc.), it will appear crossed out in the transaction history in Wallet.

What happens when I replace my device?

If you replace your device, you need to register your payment card again.

Please remove your cards from Apple Pay if you wish to change iPhone or iPad. You can use iCloud to remove all registered cards, even if you no longer have your device.

What happens when my bank card is replaced?

When your card is replaced, you don't need to do anything, the card will be automatically updated in Wallet.

How can I change the default bank card?

The first bank card that you add to Apple Pay will be your default card. If you want to change it, follow the steps below:

  • on iPhone : Open Wallet. Tap down on the card that you want to use as the new default card and drag it to the top of the list.
  • on iPad : Go to "Settings" => "Wallet & Apple Pay". Tap "Default Card". Choose a new card.
  • on Apple Watch : Open the Watch app on your iPhone. Tap the "My Watch" tab => "Wallet & Apple Pay" = > "Default Card". Choose a new card.
  • on MacBook Pro with Touch ID : Go to "System Preferences" => "Wallet & Apple Pay". Choose a new card from the "Default Card" menu.
