Which services are included in Lease Plus?
- car depreciation;
- vehicle registration fees;
- servicing and repairs;
- a “pick up” service for vehicle servicing and repairs: when using most of our preferred suppliers, you will have the option of booking a free “pick up” service. The service provider will come to collect the car from your home address or workplace, and will bring it back once the job is done;
- 24/7 roadside assistance throughout Europe with a courtesy car provided for five days if your own car cannot be used (due to a breakdown or accident). Beyond that time, Leasys will contact you and take over to provide you with another vehicle at no extra charge until repairs are complete;
- insurance premiums: third-party liability, legal protection, driver and passenger protection, windscreen replacement, theft, natural disaster, damage caused by animals, damage to property (comprehensive insurance) with an excess of 2% of the car’s value;
- Restitution insurance covering noted damages up to EUR 500 excluding VAT;
- summer and winter tyres (assuming normal wear and tear);
- tyre change and storage;
- annual circulation tax;
- technical check of the car;
- FIRST service: a team of dedicated specialists to help you with any problem or question regarding your leasing agreement or your car. The FIRST service is available from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on 40 44 11 11 or via email at first@leaseplan.lu;
- agreement monitoring: the Leasys app helps you to look after your vehicle. Once logged in, you are in an environment dedicated solely to you and your leased car, meaning you can use your vehicle with complete peace of mind (downloadable from the App Store or Google Play).
