How do I request a reissue of the PIN code of my credit cards?

You can request the PIN code to be reissued at any time. All you need to do is check the delivery address before you validate the request:

In S-Net:

  • Go to Settings
  • Select the "PIN copy request" option under "Credit cards"

In S-Net Mobile:

  • Go to Settings
  • Select the "Credit card management" option under "Payments"
  • Select the "PIN copy request" option
