How do I enter a transfer?

Click on "Payments":

Choose the account from which you want to make the transfer (Note: transfers from savings accounts to a third party are not possible):

If the beneficiary's bank is not in a SEPA country (Single Euro Payments Area: E.U. countries + United Kingdom, Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland, Monaco, San Marino, Andorra and Vatican) or if the payment is in a currency other than EUR, you have to choose ‘Other transfer’:

Select the beneficiary to whom you want to send money. If you have already used the beneficiary, it will show in your list of beneficiaries:

If you are making the transfer to a new beneficiary click on "New beneficiary":

Here you can enter the data relating to the new beneficiary:

Enter the desired amount and a possible communication. Click on "Check" and validate the transfer:
