How can I register for the Customer panel?

You can register for the Customer Panel via S-Net: As a retail customer:

  1. Go to the “Settings” section and click on “Customer panel”.
  2. When you activate your participation, you will see on the screen the different types of co-creation offered.
  3. Indicate your preferences and click on “Validate” to register your participation.

As a company manager:

You can register your company on the Business Customer Panel via S-Net Business:  

  1. Go to the “Entity management” section and click on "Business Customer Panel". 
  2. By activating participation, you will see the various types of co-creation on offer on screen. 
  3. Indicate your preferences and click on "Confirm" to register your participation. 

Note: If you do not have an S-Net agreement, you can activate your participation via your branch advisor.
