What happens if you do not migrate to the LuxTrust Mobile app?

From November 2024, access to your S-Net will be restricted

One of the things you will no longer be able to do is make payments to new beneficiaries.

From 31 December 2024, your access and payments will be blocked

You will no longer be able to:

  • Access S-Net and S-Net Mobile.
  • Pay with your VISA payment cards on websites.
  • Migrate with your existing Token to LuxTrust Mobile. You will have to purchase a new LuxTrust certificate for EUR 47 which you will have to register within all banks and institutions that use LuxTrust.

The advantages of migrating to LuxTrust Mobile

Given that the physical token will be abandoned on 31 December 2024, it is time to migrate to the LuxTrust Mobile application without further delay.

Install LuxTrust Mobile step by step by following our detailed guides

Install the LuxTrust Mobile app from your app store and start the activation of your LuxTrust Mobile app.

Wait for an SMS from LuxTrust to complete the activation. LuxTrust will now send you an SMS containing a link to finalise the activation. It can take up to several hours to receive it. In the meantime, you can exit the app.

Finalise the activation via the link in the SMS.

Please, do not share this SMS with anyone.
