Spuerkeess is the first retail bank in Luxembourg to participate in the European Investment Fund’s (EIF) InvestEU guarantee programme.

Invest EU aims to support companies in their investment and growth projects through tailored guarantees and financing.

What is the InvestEU programme?

InvestEU is a joint initiative of the European Commission and the European Investment Bank Group (EIB and EIF).

Purpose of the InvestEU Fund:

to mobilise at least EUR 372 billion in investments by 2027 thanks to a EUR 26,2 billion budget guarantee.

How does InvestEU work?

InvestEU simplifies and strengthens the financing of European projects by grouping all EU financial instruments under a single structure.

It thus contributes to:

the ecological transition and the European Green Deal,
the digital transformation,
provision of support for small businesses and entrepreneurship.

Thanks to InvestEU, thousands of innovative and sustainable projects can emerge, boosting economic growth and employment.
