Human-centric AI and how to offer a personalised customer experience
Via natural language processing (NLP), speech recognition and machine learning, artificial intelligence (AI) can simulate human intelligence via machines and computer systems. Companies that apply human-centric AI can offer a personalised experience, leading to customer satisfaction. However, misuse can destroy customer loyalty. Even when there is no intention of abuse of privacy, businesses can get into trouble when there are faulty algorithms, hidden bias, or false positives. Can AI be fully trusted and how can companies protect themselves? We spoke to Andreas Braun, Director of Artificial Intelligence & Data Science at PwC Luxembourg, who provided five useful tips on how AI should be used in business.
